Displays from other local organisations who may also be able to help you to support the people you care for.

Presentation sessions on Living it Up will run at:  12 pm, 1.30 pm & 3.00 pm

Additionally, there will be live demos, a chance to try out our Digital Management Plan and share your ideas with us.

This will be of interest to all NHS staff, including home care and social services, GP practice staff, carers organisations, voluntary sector staff  and independent sector staff.
