Signpost will be hosting a Data Protection workshop on 26 November at Highland Rail House from 2pm to 4pm. The workshop will be run by someone from the Information Commissioner's Office.

From the trainer:

I cover the basics of what the Data Protection Act is all about – people’s rights and organisations’ obligations – and also talk about sharing personal information and using data sharing agreements and cover issues on security and good practice.

There will be no charge for the workshop.
