The Infinite Potential in Young Learners

An Academy tutor's job is always fulfilling, but every now and then, something extra special happens and there is no doubt what motivates us to do this work.

What does it most for me is when learners gel so strongly that they immerse themselves in each other’s experiences and perspectives. They question, challenge, relate and inspire each other - how can learning fail to happen?

She is currently delivering theGrowth through Leadershipprogramme with 16-24 year old learners in the Borders.
