Care and Learning Alliance Job Vacancy

VOLUNTEER CO-ORDINATOR

30 hour per week post for an initial fixed term until March 2015

 Salary £16,380.00 pa (£10.50 per hour)

 The Volunteer Co-ordinator will develop and support a team of volunteers throughout Highland ensuring that we take forward opportunities for people to become involved in and play an active role in the work of Care and Learning Alliance.   The work will involve recruiting, supporting and advising volunteers whilst linking with the wider CALA team.   A key focus of the work will be to offer support to children and their families as required.  Using your own knowledge and skills, you will link and signpost people to the various benefits and opportunities within local area. Candidates must have previous experience of working with volunteers, experience of working in the childcare sector, and a sound understanding of partnership working.
