Full-time 37.5 hours
per week – permanent
Salary £25,783 to £34,530 per annum
This is a new and
exciting opportunity for someone with a health, social care, community
development or other related background to work with specific communities to
help reduce health inequalities. These
new posts will appeal to someone with experience of working with communities in
a multi agency setting, using community development methods and approaches.
You should be
educated to degree level or have equivalent experience and be able to
demonstrate significant experience in a role that involved working within
communities. You must be able to
demonstrate good training and facilitation skills, be self motivated have good
interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team. You must have excellent communication skills
and a good understanding of health inequalities.
A full,
current driving licence and use of own car for work purposes is essential.
