WHAT IS SLIDING DOORS?
Sliding Doors is an interactive workshop for Health and Social Care Professionals working with older people (across all sectors) in the Highlands.
We aim to inform, engage and excite you, using drama to promote understanding towards the Impact of Integration, the RCOP (Reshaping Care for Older People) programme and the need for change.
